As Acting Executive Director of the Construction Leadership Group at Infrastructure NSW, Margot leads partnership with the construction sector for the $119 billion NSW infrastructure pipeline, working closely with government infrastructure delivery agencies and industry stakeholders. Margot also leads the NSW Government Women in Construction Program, is a member of the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce and Secretariat for the Construction Industry Leadership Forum. Prior to joining the NSW Government, she spent over seven years in New York working in corporate strategy roles, advising major global corporations including Procter & Gamble, General Mills and Anheuser Busch.
